In 2015, 3E was awarded a two-year, $1,000,000 Task Order contract under a 5-year, world-wide Energy IDIQ contract, to provide advisory services to The U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) and the Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA).  This contract was later extended to April 2018.
